Andrew M. Richardson
Andrew is a Digital Imaging Technician from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. An Affiliate Member of the Canadian Society of Cinematographers and Associate Member of Colorist Society International, he is passionate about both the technical and artistic elements of cinematography.
In 2015, Andrew graduated from Carleton University and Algonquin College in Ottawa, Ontario with his Bachelor of Information Technology and Advanced Diploma in interactive Multimedia & Design, specializing in computer graphics, user experience design, and database management.
Later in 2015 he started working as a motion capture technician for Fast Motion Studios, a Toronto-based new media production company that offers motion capture, stunt action, and production services.
In 2017 Andrew started working as a DIT for productions throughout Ontario and Québec.
In 2020 Andrew joined the International Cinematographers Guild, I.A.T.S.E. Local 667 as a DIT.
When not working on productions, Andrew serves on the Local 667 Executive Board and hosts professional workshops about colour science and digital imaging.
